How do I publish my first listing?
Create a free account, add your place in setup, then open the editor and click Publish free guide. Your first listing stays free forever.
After you publish, the dashboard Health checklist shows what is still missing before guests arrive.
How do I print or download the QR?
After your guide is live, open the QR tab. Use Open print-ready card for the A5 card, or Download QR only (SVG) for just the code.
How do I protect Wi-Fi and the access window?
Keep arrival details behind a private guest link and a precise visibility window on the Share tab.

How do I rotate the private guest link?
If a link was shared too widely, rotate it from Share so the old token stops working.
How do languages and AI Host work?
Manage guide languages from the Languages tab. AI Host adds drafting, translations, and guest answers from what you approved.

Guest notes from the guide land in Care. Reply from there when someone needs a little help.

Do guests need an app?
No. They scan your QR code or open a link, and Staykind works instantly in their browser.
How does the QR code work?
Guests scan your QR card or open your permanent link. Staykind works instantly in their browser. Any update is live immediately, so you can change the Wi-Fi, hide a section, or add a new restaurant without printing another page.
What exactly is free?
Your first listing is free to publish and keep live. You edit it manually and get the guest guide, permanent link, QR card, recommendations, and a care inbox. No card required.

When do I pay $20?
Only when you add a second or later listing. Each extra listing is $20 per year with unlimited guest visits.
What does AI Host add?
At $79 a year per listing, it can draft, translate, and answer guests from what you approved. When it isn’t sure, it hands the question to you.
