The service

Staykind helps hosts create and share digital guest guides. Hosts remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and timeliness of their listing content and recommendations.

Plans and billing

The first Manual listing is free. Additional Manual listings are billed at $20 per listing per year. AI Host is billed at $79 per listing per year. Paid plans renew annually until cancelled through the billing portal. Access to paid features may end when a subscription ends.

AI limitations

AI output is a drafting aid, not a substitute for host review. Hosts must verify translated content, access instructions, safety information, local rules, and recommendations before publishing.

Acceptable use

You may not use Staykind to distribute unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or malicious content; probe or disrupt the service; evade limits; or access another host’s information.

Availability and liability

We work to keep guides available, but no online service is uninterrupted. Hosts should provide an emergency contact path outside Staykind. To the extent permitted by law, Staykind is not responsible for booking disputes, property conditions, host-provided facts, or third-party services.
