Staykind does not use advertising cookies. Staykind does not sell personal information or use private guest messages for advertising.

What stays on the device

The host interface can remember the language you chose. A guest guide can keep a short session on the same phone so a concierge conversation can continue. That stays in the browser. It is not an advertising cookie.

What Staykind stores

We store the account email used by a host, listing content the host chooses to publish, billing references, guide activity, concierge questions, and private care messages submitted by guests. We do not ask guests to create an account.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the guide, protect private arrival details, improve the host’s guide, process billing, and notify the host when a guest requests help. Staykind does not sell personal information or use private guest messages for advertising.

Your choices

Hosts can edit or delete guide content and contact us to request account-data export or deletion. Guests can contact the host directly regarding a care message.
